Miguel's motto "Just put your head down and get it done!" He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Sector 1 Crime forum. He's the first to arrive when you need help and spends nights keeping the neighborhood safe.
In addition, he assists Herman on the safety and security portfolio and caretakes the treasury function together with Carol Bell.

Nando is a firebrand that makes things happen and is our special council liaison that seems to be able to get officials to table when they won't take the rest of our calls.
In addition, she is responsible for the roads and infrastructure portfolio, as well as environment and aesthetics.

Sub-committees
Sub-committees are formed to deal with urgent strategic issues facing our community that require focused attention. They can act under the umbrella of the residents association, can contain stakeholders from various sectors and are mandate to decision and act on behalf of the PPRA for the specific portfolio. Each sub-committee is governed by and reports back to the PPRA.
